    Hi everyone!
I’m Lauren from the UNESCO RILA team – and I’m moderating for the next hour (we’re in Scotland). I’d like to start off a wee thread following a mini-workshop we held after our Live Panel.

We were invited by Tawona Sitholé to come up with words about what we understand “leaving no one beind” to me.

This is our collective poem. We’d be delighted to invite further creative responses to what you’ve heard so far today…

    Bringing someone with you
    Always walk in pairs,
    but be cognisant of political
    western contextualization

Language comes from the animal that we are

Amyigba Madzoflo – you cannot leap over the world

Everyone and everything states together – grounded

    Caring, Sharing
    Connections, Affections

Very inspiring Lauren! And a nice challenge to connect with our emotions and sense of who we are. I have just come from the CommonweaLth Youth Programme Live Panel. A key quality suggested by one of the panellists was PERSEVERANCE in working on seemingly intractable challenges.
